=Upgradable Surgery= These surgeries are available roundstart, but can be upgraded to better or different versions by researching certain nodes and then synching a connected operating computer. ==Tend Wounds== The tend wounds surgeries all share the same steps. They can be upgraded by researching certain nodes, and then synching the operating computer with research database. There are "bruises", "burn" and "Mixture" versions. By default only "bruises" and "burn" are available. The basic versions of this surgery can be performed anywhere, but the upgraded versions require a surgery table with an adjacent and synched operating computer.
The target is healed by this surgery, without any chemicals being involved. Useful for healing dead bodies for revival.
Target: Chest {| | style="width: 400px;" |Procedure||Ghetto Analogues |- |Step 1: Scalpel: make a careful incision (does not cause damage or bleeding).|| (65%) (45%) (75%) Any other sharp item (30%) |- |Step 2: Tend bruises: repair damage to the target (automatically repeats until fully healed).|| (65%) (55%) |- |Step 3: Cautery: seal the wound.|| (90%) (70%) (45%) (20%) |} *Without any research, step 5 will heal 5 damage each time it's repeated ("bruises" and "burn" versions only). *With Improved Wound-Tending Surgery researched and synched, step 5 will heal 10 damage ("bruises" and "burn" versions only). *With Advanced Surgery researched and synched, step 5 will heal 15 damage ("bruises" and "burn" versions only). *With Advanced Surgery researched and synched, you'll be able to do the "mixture" version, which heals 2 brute and burn each time step 5 is repeated, but the step takes much shorter time than the other two versions. *With Experimental Surgery researched and synched, the "mixture" version's step 5 will heal 5 brute and burn. *With Alien Surgery researched and synched, the "mixture" version's step 5 will heal 8 brute and burn.
If research was completed in the middle of surgery, you must restart the surgery to get the upgraded version. ==Dissection== The dissection surgeries all share the same steps. They require a surgery table with an adjacent operating computer. They can be upgraded by researching certain nodes, and then synching the operating computer with research database. The procedure will deeply analyze the biology of a corpse (both humanoid and simple), and automatically add new findings to the research database. This generates research points for science. Does not work on living patients. Unlike other surgeries, even cyborgs can fail step 5.
